AND I GOT TWO WORDS FOR YA: GAME OVER! Lindstrom in ot. we couldn't do it on the 5 on 3, but big deal. Great job defensively by the crunch the whole night to keep all rebounds away from goehring...What a job from a great team! They kept fighting right until the very end, and once again the fans stayed right until the end and you could tell from the tv angle that they were just as loud! (all of these posts for the record are to prove that I know what I'm seeing, and I know what I'm talking about.Yes I am controversial but I tell it like it is, I call it as it is and if you don't like that, tough)

ONE MORE WIN AND THE MARLIES ARE DONE! HERE WE GO SYRACUSEEEEEEE!!!! LETS GO CRUNCH!!!!

Missed going to the Game but watched on TV--very nice comeback. Proves what the said last nite in the post game interviews.

This comeback was huge for more than the obvious reasons.   Let's face it....Karl was not sharpe at all again tonight and all four goals were soft or stoppable.    If we go down tonight, who knows where his confidence will be for the rest of the series.   He played a solid third and the team stormed back for the win.   Piss and moan about Lindstrom as we do when he loses the puck or makes a bad pass,  his shot can not be denied!

Brassard, MacKenzie, Konopka....what can one say about these guys?

There is not a single guy I would trade on this team for anyone else in the world, and games like tonight really prove why. Everyone, including Karl, fought back hard during that 3rd period and really gave everyone some hope. Some of those saves he made really kept the Crunch in the game, and the way the guys played hard top to bottom was inspiring to see.

I was very impressed with the fans tonight, as well--I don't think I've ever heard it so loud in there right when it needed to be, and it wasn't even a sell-out!

The only thing to say is awesome! I can not speak right now but can type. I thouht we were dead after the second but like the second have of the season this team has resolve and will do whatever it takes to win. One more for the good guys. Lets go Crunch!

Effort!!!  That's what it was all about last night.  Frischmon and Konopka just attacking the offensive zone and then backchecking on the 3 on 2s to get back in the zone.  Picard and Sestito being total animals attacking the net and holding the puck.  Sestito is a bull.  When he is on a 1st or 2nd line he is a valuable player.  I really like that Lindstrom, Konopka, Sestito line combo - good chemistry there.  And the defense clearing pucks away so Goehring was back to facing 1 shot and what about I think it was Wilson's save, that was scary.

Being in that building last night was incredible.  I think everyone was a little down after the 2nd but the fans came back strong before it became 4-3 when you just knew that the next goal was going to be huge.  Some kind of pretty goal there - Brassard - Mackenzie - Top Shelf.

It just seems like the periods were 3 different games and the OT was just an extension of the 3rd. 1st period good effort, 2nd period what the hell was going on - everybody out of synch, 3rd/OT outhustling the Marlies all over the ice, up  and down continually.

Sestito used his long reach and stick to keep the puck away from the Toronto players.  He was a stud on the ice last night.

Konopka was the true leader we all know he is. He did everything he had to do for the team to win.

Lindstrom was very solid on both ends of the ice. He played great for Toronto and Syracuse. He dished out three real nice assist to Toronto players but came back with the game winner for Syracuse in overtime.

This line was our number one line when Zenon first came back from his season starting injury. I like Sestito on this line much better than Brule.

I also liked Brassard on the point for the powerplay. I know it was just for the 5 on 3's but he sure looked good. I wish we could of put two guys in front of the net on the 5 on 3's, It looked like Ross was trying something different last night.

Picard was a bull with the puck, He seemed to tone down the rough stuff and used skills other than banging people around. Brule can fill Picards banger role next game. Lets see Alexandre and Tito take the puck to the net.

Clay saved the game with his stop behind Karl. I thought that was in for sure. Looks like Smitty is showing the kids some good shot blocking skills.

Methot and Smitty shorthanded are about the best 1-2 punch in the AHL.

Karl and Trevor are two players under AHL contracts only. I wonder how many teams would love to have those two guys in uniform next season.
