Crunch Time

It would be nice to have a game to go to Saturday night, but I'll take a win Friday and more rest for the team anyday!

Derek will be back in the line up tonight.  After the way Picard played Wednesday I have a feeling he might see some powerplay time. 

Will Sestito play with Zenon and Lindy ?

Will Picard move up to the Brassard-MacKenzie line ?

Motherwell got rocked in game 4, looked like his back. Will he be healthy enough to play ? 

Do I order Pizza and wings or BBQ before the game ?

Will North Syracuse, Cicero, Mattydale, East Syracuse, Fayetteville, Lakeside, Nedrow and Taunton fire dept's all get calls at 6:45. That would piss off a whole bunch of Nozzle heads.

So many questions, I guess we will just have to wait and see.

would love to see a win tonight i am sick of this living on the edge of my seat and some times worse on the floor right in front of the TV.  Its going to give me a heart attack.  Flyers also play tomight thats my nhl team lets go CRUNCH and flyers i can smell cups already

Ross might go back to the lines he used in game 1 and 2 in Toronto. The ice is much faster up there.

I think they may use both Brule & Sestito on the Konopka line to see how it is going.  And then alternate those guys with 4th line duties. 

I can't see taking DiCasmirro off the Brassard-MacKenzie line, those guys seem to mesh so well.  I think Picard-Frischmon(my favorite Crunch player)-Dorsett are back intact.

With this lineup and the 4th liners of Brule/Sestito-Rycroft-Pineault we should be able to go for 60 minutes full tilt.  Or we might see Plekhanov again,  depending on the D-men situation.  Also, might go with 7 D-men.

These are when the coaches earn their money, especially being on top of substitution patterns.  Like the way Yates (forward) & Cull (defensemen) have divided up those duties.

For what it is worth this is what I've seen so far on forward lines: Konopka-Lindstrom-Sestito, MacKenzie-Brassard-DiCasmirro, Frischmon-Picard-Brule, Rycroft-Pineault-Dorsett.  Those lines look pretty good, hope Dorsett gets some more ice time because he does look fast tonight, but  Brule fitting well with the 3rd  line.

Every Marlies shot looks high glove side, may be Karl should make an adjustment.  Go Crunch! 

I don't understand why the ahl doesn't have an instant replay? kind of a goofy play by karl though gives the marlies a 3-2 lead right now...

I love the announcer for the Marlies.  He said that if the goal judge and the ref don't say it's a goal right away then in the AHL it's not a goal. Putting the replay on the board - we don't do that, how come Toronto does that? I hope if there are any questionable goals in Syracuse and replay would favor us, it should go up on the board.  Also, the replay angle was horrible. I still couldn't tell if it was a goal. This L'Ecuyer is a real piece of work.

Post game show should be interesting. I want to know how called it a goal.

Brule almost had his second goal of the playoffs. Still tied at 3 in the 3rd...next goal could win it.

I think that goal judge should get at least the 2nd star.

Was that Brassard shot in. They never showed the replay.

Marlies score, we play in syracuse tomorrow. As selfish as this may sound, I really want the crunch to score and get this series over with just because, we haven't been to the conference finals since 1996 (12 years) and it's about time we got back there already. I just want it to happen NOW.
